The goal with this project was to create a more effective/frictionless website user experience for the Suffolk Library website. We determined the needs of the users and why the current designs falls short based on existing data such as heat maps, student pain points and complaints. Ultimately we tried to figure out you why it needed to be improved upon and how best we could achieve that.

According to a 2021 Student Focus Group Report on the Mildred F. Sawyer Library Suffolk University, there was a need to design a more robust and visual webpage that would feature the library’s resources and services in a more engaging way. This project attempted to reimagine the current library webpage and breathe new life into it through well researched, user centric web design. The redesign is more dynamic with improved UX and UI.
